1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your shipping address and pin code.

  • Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.


2. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier partner's website.

  • You can also track your order directly from your Mobuy.in account under "My Orders."


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Mobuy.in currently ships only within India, so no international customs or import duties apply.

  • However, if applicable (for example, in case of future international expansion), any taxes, duties, or other fees imposed during or after shipping shall be borne by the customer.


4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit or lost in shipment, Mobuy.in will take full responsibility.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@mobuy.in with your order number and photos of the damage so we can initiate a claim and resolve the issue promptly.


5. International Shipping

  • At this time, Mobuy.in ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping.

  • We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future—stay tuned!
