Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Mobuy.in! We want you to love every purchase you make from us. However, if something isn't quite right, we've got you covered with a clear, hassle-free return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:



Timeframe Reason
Within 3 days of delivery You are not satisfied with the product quality or simply don't like the product.
Within 7 days of delivery You received a wrong product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or the item does not fit your device correctly.

Important Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Products that are excessively used, physically damaged by the customer, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Details – Share your order number, clear photos or videos of the product (if applicable), and the reason for the return.

  4. Pack Securely – Repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  5. Ship It Back – Send the product to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking ID with us.


3. Return Shipping Charges



Scenario Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Change of mind / Didn't like the product Customer bears the cost.
Defective product Mobuy.in covers the cost.
Damaged product received Mobuy.in covers the cost.
Wrong product delivered Mobuy.in covers the cost.
Product doesn't fit Customer bears the cost (unless it's a sizing error on our part).

💡 In cases where we are at fault, we will either arrange a free pickup or reimburse your return shipping charges.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your request within 4 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • If you prefer an exchange (size, color, or variant), we will ship the replacement after verifying the return, subject to stock availability.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased under promotional discounts or clearance sales (unless defective or damaged).

  • Free gifts or upsell products received with an order.

  • Any product returned after the applicable return period has expired.

  • Products that show signs of customer-induced damage, scratches, or wear.


6. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Non-Fit Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit,

  • Defective in manufacturing,

  • Incorrect (wrong item), or

  • Doesn't fit your device,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number,

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.


7. Processing Timeframe

  • Most returns are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product.

  • Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider — it may take 3–10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
